Contact & takedowns
If something here is about you and you want it gone, say so and it goes — no argument, no justification required. If something is factually wrong, tell us and it gets corrected, because the parts of this site that matter only work if they're accurate.
Email works too: contact@whytelussucks.com. The form below goes to the same place and doesn't need you to hand over an address if you'd rather not.
How we handle these
-
Takedowns are honoured, full stop
If you wrote a story here and want it removed, or something concerns you and you'd rather it didn't, it comes down. We don't ask why and we don't push back. Publishing someone's words is a courtesy they can withdraw.
-
Corrections get made and stay made
Every factual claim on the bad news and escape guide pages is sourced, and if a source is wrong, out of date, or we've misread it, that's worth more to us than the point it was making. Regulations change; this page is how we find out.
-
Legal correspondence gets a real reply
If you're writing on behalf of TELUS or anyone else, use the email address so there's a proper thread. Nothing on this site is intended to state a falsehood about anyone, and anything demonstrably inaccurate will be fixed or removed promptly.
Messages sent here are stored privately and are never published. They aren't the reader stories page — nothing you write here appears anywhere on the site.
